    I’m at the south Tommy’s in Bismarck, and I just watched one of the employees walk an elderly man out to his vehicle (due to the ice), and it was very heart warming. He stayed to make sure he got into the vehicle alright. The way he went above and beyond was worth mentioning! Also, I get carwashes regularly with the membership and I’ve never had a bad experience.

    UPDATE: Tommy's management was kind enough to offer me a rewash. Most of the car looks great, but I came to the conclusion that this is not a car wash for small vehicles; it just doesn't get the back of my vehicle clean - there's still dirt in the crevices. (See 2nd photo) I'm new in town and wanted a good car wash before winter set in so I tried Tommy's. I purchased the $15 wash/wax which I thought was high-priced, and it didn't get the back of my car clean. (See photo) What a disappointment.

    Over and above customer service. I lost a windshield wiper in the car wash. I called simply to see if they had found it, and they didn’t. A manager on duty personally went and bought me a new blade that I came and picked up later that day!! My young son and I love going through Tommy’s car wash! Such a fun experience, the lights, the ease of the app, the multi locations, the cleaning centers outside AND the floor mat cleaner options. We love Tommy’s car wash!

    Vacuums are crap and NEVER WORK!!!!!!!!!! This location is HORRIBLE. Go to the other one.
