    Thatcher was great. Promote him! Nice experience, appreciate all the effort and meeting a guy who genuinely cares. Good guy! Nice rental, good experience throughout. Been renting cars for business for 25 years, rare to find a caliber of person like him. He'll be running up whatever ladder he chooses. Definitely recommend
