  better than any audi dealership. Sheldon is very good at communicating with you at whatever level of understanding you are at. Also, seams very honest and helpful for whatever situation you have, giving you your best options or alternatives. i 100% will drive 3 hours to them, again when i need.

  I was treated with professional courtesy. Sheldon went out of his way to assure I understood what was needed and why it was needed. He prioritized needed repairs allowing me to choose what I was comfortable having done. I will go back.

  I called Thursday to schedule a tow and repair for my vehicle with a flat tire, hoping to get in friday. They told me nobody was available to schedule at the moment, but they would call back and get it scheduled for Friday. I waited, and never got a call. Figured maybe they planned to call Friday morning, the day came and went with no call. I was working and could have arranged something else if they had just told me Thursday they couldn't do it, or even if they called Friday morning to let me know i might have been able to work something out over my lunch break. Now I'm am stuck with no car for the weekend. Even a simple call to say sorry we can't get to it today would have been nice.
