They went out of their way to send me pictures and locate what I needed above and beyond the Call of Duty, I would absolutely send anybody to them! - KOKingsley OnukansiJun 6, 20251.0Very poor customer service, called them severally for two parts and they told me their prices after tax, we agreed and they told me they would call me to come pickup the parts when it’s ready. Fast forward to 48hrs (2days) later, I called back since I didn’t get to hear back from them, the lady on the other side end then told me I had to pay for a deposit before they would pull out the parts for me, that didn’t sit well with me because it too 24hrs for them to relay this info to me, so if I hadn’t called? Just this Monday, I picked up a part from them without any prior deposit and all of a sudden they changed their policy by Friday (according to someone who claimed to be the manager). I called Wagner Auto Salvage and got the parts, asked me to come pickup before 5pm and I headed there right away.
