  Well Samantha was great at store 470 in Roanoke Rapids. She tries everything she could to get me a part that so badly needed. But In process of trying to located part another employee called another aitozone 1 hour away that so called had my part. We drove there 1 hrs round trip for them not to have the part we drove to get. They didn't even look to see of it was the right part until we arrived. Part was wrong. Wasted trip. I asked every question before driving that distance to make sure they had correct part and assured me. But was not the right part. Still partless

  There is another one star review that states. "Fools work here. I brought my car for a battery and alternator check, wasn't sure which needed replacement. He hooks up my car and tells me it's the alternator. I brought it to a Honda dealership and the mechanic laughed because the alternator is perfectly fine. The battery needed replacement. Don't trust these clowns to diagnose anything and just bring your car to a reputable mechanic." I had the exact same experience but with a toyota. They tried to sell me a 500$ alternator when it was just the battery. They either just want your money and/or they overestimate there confidence. Remember never trust people who are incentives to take your money and get a second opinion.
