Excellent experience with this repair shop. Car was fixed on time. Worked with insurance company who was playing hard ball. Use them again.

We were looking for someone to do some warranty work on our camper. My wife saw a flier with their info so we called. Couldn't be more happier with the service we received. The kept us informed along the way. They had to replace our ac through our warranty company. Very nice people.

Great work at a fair price. Avoid the big collision shops with this family run business.

I took my travel trailer here to have an issue with a window falling out. Everyone was super helpful and they agreed to fix it, when others turned me down. 3 months later I had a leak issue with the same window. They fixed the problem, as well as took time to go up on my roof and check seals for leaks. These guys are great to deal with - and I recommend them to anyone with rv issues!

Frequently Asked Questions About Herring and Son Collision

Can an insurance company tell me where to get my car fixed?

Insurance companies are not permitted to dictate where you have your vehicle repaired. The choice of auto body shop is entirely yours to make.

The insurance company wants to total my car; I want to fix it. What can I do?

You have the option to retain your salvage vehicle. In this case, the insurance company will subtract the salvage value from the actual cash value. Upon request, they must provide you with the contact information of a salvage dealer who will purchase the salvage for the deducted amount.
