They wouldn't pass inspection because they said my 2 month old wipers were bad that I replaced after the snow and ice. Bad business practice to try and force folks to spend more just to pass. Been a customer for a long time and usually somewhat happy but not now !!!! Wondering how many other unsuspecting folks have they used this on to boost their sales???
