  Ryan was extremely attentive and kind to me. I am coming from NY on a roadtrip when I began to experience brake troubles. I wasn’t scheduled to arrive to the closet dealership until 4:45pm and service closes at 4:30pm. I spoke with Ryan on the phone and before I arrived, he promptly began to inspect my car and although it was time for them to leave, he and the crew worked on my subie immediately. I’m so incredibly grateful with my experience here, even on a whim past closing time, they still took me in and fixed my brakes and replaced my rotors. I am beyond impressed with their kindness and I recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you’re out of town passing thru. Thank you so much Ryan!! Me and my subie are smiling with joy as we continue our trip down the east coast. So blessed!!!!

  Mr. Graham was very helpful, patient, respectful and easy to communicate with. The finance officer was also very easy to talk with & informative. They both knew their respective jobs very well. My only concern is I didn't get a manual with my car & I was told one will be ordered before me in May 2026. Why does it take so long to get a Subaru 2023 HB XV Crosstrek. I really need one.

  I am PRO Subaru and today continued to support that! I've purchased both of my Subarus from Greenville Capital Subaru. Before the visit, David was amazing and shared so much information via phone. These details led me to shop immediately. Derek was our Sales Person once onsight and he was wonderful to work with. I will continue to recommend Subaru AND this location to others. I could have chosen a closer Subaru location to my home but drove over 100 miles because of my trust in this location!

  I went in with a complicated situation thinking there is no way we can make something work for both the company and myself and still be a positive change, yet I stood corrected! Gavin with the Encore program and Jimmy (my salesman) and Mark (one of the managers) too were beyond phenomenal throughout the entire process - even after buying the car as well. It wasn't just until they got the sale and then I didn't matter anymore...they took the time even afterwards to teach me about my new forester and the Subaru world multiple times and still offer assistance any time I have any questions or need anything. I will definitely go back to them when it's time for another upgrade! :) thanks guys!! - Katy B.

  We just purchased a new 2026 Outback from Capital Subaru in Greenville, NC. The whole process from start to finish was easy and without stress. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly and professional, and the financial part of the transaction was most satisfactory and fair. Stephen Hudson, our sales representative, was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. The Outback itself is simply awesome and a real pleasure to drive. The frosting on the cake was spending an hour with Gavin Everett who did a great job at explaining everything the Subaru is capable of doing and setting up the systems and programs in the Outback to meet our personal needs and desires.
