  I did not feel welcomed at all. From the moment I walked in, it felt like they didn’t care whether I was there or not—and I’m a business owner, so I know what good customer service looks like. While I was there, another customer asked a simple question about cup holders, and the associate responded with a nasty, dismissive attitude. That told me everything I needed to know. Poor attitude, poor service, and zero professionalism. I will not be coming back.

  I came here this morning to get a new battery. Raichell was very friendly, and professional. I was out the door and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!!

  Went for a battery check. The store person came out to my car and immediately found issueand fixed. Free! He was Outstanding in technical knowledge and professional. Big Kudos.
