I go, they tell me they can't install my battery because it wasn't readily accessible. I call autozone, across the street, and Ethan answers and let's me know they have a battery in-stock, he looks up a video of how to quickly access it and says he can replace my battery. I have to jumpstart my vehicle just to make it across the street. Ethan meets me with a smile and quickly replaces my battery with ease. I'm very thankful Ethan was working today to find a solution to my problem instead of just telling me that's too much labor and turning me away like Sam's club did.
