  Everyone at Capital Subaru was helpful and friendly. The process was easy and thoroughly explained. My sales rep Derek Blask helped me identify my vehicle needs so well, I picked the very first vehicle I test drove. I love my Subaru Forrester! The Sales Manager , Lindsay Valliere, was very welcoming, Alex DeLuca helped me order the extra accessories I wanted, and Austin helped me finance my car and select the perfect warranty. I couldn’t have had a easier/better car buying experience. I highly recommend Capital Subaru! The vehicles are awesome and so is the team!

  The car wash was really bad. As for the service personnel they were nice. However I would never buy another Subaru. The car’s control system is difficult to use and works only when it wants to. My 2025 Accent has 6000 miles on it and if I had it to do over again I would have not bought this car.

  I made an appointment and they took the car right on time. They did the service I had requested and when done they had already compiled a list of what would be needed next time. They had this ready and printed for me and yet I was just inquiring about it, it was ready and waiting. Thank you for so much attention to detail!!

  Awesome Dealership and Service Department. They go above and beyond and a major reason why I am enjoying my Subaru. I deal with Toyota locally too but Capital Subaru is way out of their league. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new car where you can also get stellar service!

  The service department is excellent. The management team, not so much. The paint on my car is spotting and discoloring. I showed it to the service rep when I took in for the 30000 mile service and he took numerous pictures to show to his manager and told me that I would hear hear back soon. Each time I returned for service we went through the same process. I now have 60000 miles on the car. I backed the service rep into a corner and was told that the Mansger had been told that Subaru would do nothing about the paint. I am disappointed that nothing will be done, but I am more disappointed that the management team chose not to get in touch with me and left the service tech hanging in the wind. I love the car but am ashamed of the looks and if I ever buy another Subaru, I will not buy from Capital Subaru!
