  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Oil Change Experience! I had an outstanding experience at Strickland Brothers on University Parkway. From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident about the service my car was getting. The oil change was quick but thorough, and they even checked a few extra things just to make sure everything was in good shape. It’s rare to find a place that combines great customer service with real attention to detail, but these guys nailed it. If you’re looking for a smooth, stress‑free oil change with people who genuinely care about doing a great job, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

  Went for an inspection they were very friendly, super attentive, gave us water, checked in on us. Very nice and would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thanks Tanner and Ian y'all were great

  I love this place. It doesn’t matter what location you go to, the service is always top notch! This time I went to the location off University Pkwy. Bob was awesome! Him and the other guy (who was also amazing) took great care of my car and kept me laughing the whole time. Helped me save with a coupon online, communicated with me about everything they were doing and I never felt like I was being up charged or pushed to purchase services I didn’t need. When he suggested a service I truly needed, he wasn’t pushy. I took him up on the suggestion and even with that added, the total cost was still a reasonable charge. I will be going back for sure! Thanks guys❤️

  Went here to get my oil changed on Sunday, this woman (have no idea what her name was) but wore glasses with blonde hair, helped me , very sweet at first , then getting to the oil change I was a week overdo , as I haven't had time or money... She talked to me as if I was a child, as if I had no idea how to work my car. For reference my car is 23 years old, yes it is going to be more rusty and dirty . She goes on to complain about how dirty the inside of my engine is , complain about the placement of my oil tank. Then whenever I told her I had taken automotive classes for a while beforehand she claimed she was "shocked" to hear that I took automotive classes. It took 30-40 minutes for a supposed to be 10 minute oil change, she then claimed I had a major oil leak , when getting it checked it was not an oil leak, not even a coolant leak. Just some old gunk underneath. Good pricing, but rude. She told me I needed to grow a back bone , and etc , just rude comments jabbing at my intelligence, good price but will not be coming back.

  Prices for an oil change these days are ridiculous.up charged my daughter and took advantage of her. Told her she needed the more expensive oil in a 2010 jeep patriot that has been ruining great forever. 2 days later oil light flashing leaving her stranded .we will never use them again.
