  Terrible service. My son drove in to the office because rain was predicted and they asked him to come in to the shop. They replaced the windshield, but afterwards his Bluetooth didn’t work. They told him it was disconnected in order to install the windshield, and to make another appt with them to fix it (free of charge). My son lives in Georgia, he was only here for a few days visiting. He set up another appt with safelite in GA, and they told him the wires to the Bluetooth weren’t unplugged, they were CUT! They instructed him to go to best buy and pay them to fix it, and they would reimburse him. These are terrible people. This is extremely time consuming and I’d be surprised if they reimburse the cost. Avoid these people at all costs.

  The technician was thorough and very professional. He understood I was busy with conference calls so took care of the windshield and wrapped up the service.

  Excellent service. I have used Safelite multiple times and they never let me down. They have fantastic technicians and o love they come to me. It’s so convenient. I will use them again for my future needs.

  They scheduled windshield replacement service at my home, and sent multiple emails confirming the service and giving instructions. That turned out to be only an inspection appointment. The next appointment was cancelled at the laSt minute over a technology issue. The third appointmeant was kept, but they recalibration couldn't be done. This required a fourth appointment to go to their shop. The work itself was fine, so far
