  I called 10 mins before my reservation to confirm that I could stick pick up if I arrived 10 mins late. Tatiana confirmed that this was no problem. About 10 mins into the drive, I received a voicemail that no cars were available and I would need to reschedule. DD is the manager and needs to work on how she talks to customers. She ultimately told me that online reservations are booked without any visibility regarding which cars are actually available. Based on this, people regularly show up to learn that the "reserved" vehicle was given out to someone else. Fix your reservation system, replace all of those recalled vehicles and maybe train staff regarding how to handle customer's. At the very least, the manager should be well accustomed to dealing with frustration given these bad business practices.

  I had a reservation i when the morning at like 8 and 9 o'clock one person working cleaning car and trying to rent a car people waiting so i left then she said ysll going to wait until cars come in i had a reservation she said you can call another enterprise so idid all said no the insurance company that's going to pay for the rental make a long story short Enterprise just want to make more they all said we just got SUVs because the person hit my car her insurance was paying for it so they not going to pay for SuVs
