- DRDanielle RMar 6, 20261.0Signed up for a membership! That was a huge mistake! I thought i canceled it after some damage on my car! I spoke to the manager in person and watched him push some keys on his computer! Silly me... I trusted a car wash guy to cancel my membership.... guess what happened next!? They charged me for about 4 months before I noticed! I mean that's pretty darn crooked if you ask me! I spoke to my bank (Allegacy ) to see about getting a refund that would have been over 120 dollars but they said no! So ya don't sign up for a membership and don't bank with Allegacy! Ps the manager who supposedly canceled my membership gave me a refund for the 1st month they charged me for before he canceled my membership! So definitely would not recommend doing business with either place!

- ESEugene SneedFeb 12, 20263.0There's definitely room for improvement at this location. There were no fresh towels, or enough spray bottles for everyone there. It also seems that morale is low; whatever has contributed to that, I'm sure it can be remedied sooner rather than later.
