Today the automatic washer broke down while cars were inside and the attendant threw a temper tantrum and started throwing mats and towels around. Another attendant instructed me to pull out of the line and park my car and wait for the manager to return if I wanted a refund. I was not given a timeframe of when the manager would return, so I waited. After some time, I decided to leave which meant that I would forfeit my refund. Which sucks, but I didn’t want to deal with the incompetent attendants any longer. What kind of manager leaves their staff for long periods of time? The mangers action is very negligent and he or she left their staff and customers in a lurch to the point that the staff could not function without the manager which caused countless customers to be irritated and inconvenienced. This location is horribly ran. On my previous visits, the vacuums rarely work and the attendants are shiftless and lazy and barely scrub the cars. Also there is always an object stuck inside of the vacuums which limits how well my carpets get cleaned. My experience today was the last piece of proof that I needed to never give my business to this place again. They wasted too much of my time and I never received my refund due to their incompetence and insubordination.

Before going through the wash, the guy took extra time to pre-spray my car in a problem area when I asked him to, which really helped it to clean up better during the car wash, although the actual car wash doesn't do the best cleaning job. But next to hand washing your car, I guess it's decent enough. Each time I've been, they do a pretty good job keeping the cleaners and rags well stocked, the trash cans are constantly being emptied. The vacuum cleaners work well. My only suggestion is that the business makes sure to have the little hanging car fresheners in stock, as well as the stickers for when you join the membership. I wasn't able to get either of those today. Another idea would be to have some smaller heads attachable to the vacuum, so that customers can vacuum more tight narrow places in their cars. But overall, it's a good place to clean your car. **Edited to add: I will add, at one point my sons told me they could not find any clean towels, but they were restocked within about 10-15 minutes. There doesn't seem to be as many towels available for use as there used to be here.
