Refused to provide any information of the driver who braked and had me waiting for days for an update even though their policy is to contact owners of damaged vehicle within 48hrs. Claimed I needed a subpoena or I should call corporate. The number listed for corporate does not work.

I just left and their tap to pay was broken, snd they were only accepting exact change. Multiple of us had to turn around very very unprofessional and inconvenient! Magnum car wash which is 30 seconds away and fins car wash which is 9 minutes away has become a better option over the years. Every sense they became whistle the business has went down tremendously!
