A number of features clearly suffer from ongoing upkeep and maintenance issues, and they’ve been present for months. Several wash nozzles appear to be clogged and don’t function properly. Only one of the rear wrap arms actually swings around far enough to clean the back of the vehicle, leaving half of the rear untouched. That alone makes it hard to justify the price. The most frustrating issue, though, is the tire shine system. Despite not paying for a package that includes tire shine, the brushes activate at the end of the wash every time. I’ve brought this to the attention of employees on multiple occasions, yet the issue persists. Even worse, the tire shine roller now swings into the front wheel with such force that it feels genuinely unsafe—it hits hard enough to visibly move the steering wheel, which is alarming and not something I should experience in an automated wash. I understand that maintenance is required with equipment like this, but the cost of the wash hasn’t been reduced to reflect the declining quality of service. At this point, despite the convenience, I’m seriously considering switching to a competitor if these issues remain unresolved.
