I went in for a routine oil change, and during the service they got something stuck in the dipstick tube that they couldn’t remove. They spent nearly 20 minutes trying to pull it out with a long, thick wire and ended up puncturing my radiator. When I took the car to the Volvo dealership afterward, they immediately noticed a strong coolant smell, which is something I had never experienced before. Since then, Valvoline and the area representative have avoided my calls and refused to cover the repair. Avoid the local Valvolines! They do not take responsibility for the damage that they cause.
