The online app allowed me to enter almost all of the required info and get an accurate quote. The installer contacted me the day before to confirm. Made any required updates to make sure he had the exact right piece of glass. He was actually able to be on site earlier than anticipated, was friendly, knowledgeable. And he did the install mid hurricane (albeit in my garage). Accidents happen and that's unfortunate but I'm grateful for a company like SafeLite to take a lot of the stress away and get me back on the road! My installer was Braven, near Winston-Salem, NC. I highly recommend him!
- BBByron BuxtonOct 30, 20251.0You couldn't ask for a worse company to hire to do a job, they came to my home to do a replacement on a windshield, a windshield that was cracking after they had already done an epoxy repair job. They started the job and then tried to charge me for parts they needed, after I had already paid in full for the replacement. I terminated the installation at that point and asked to have my windshield restored to its original state. However, the tech had torn my window moldings, moldings which they didn't have if needed for such a situation. Since this time, I have been lied to repeatedly. It's been over 2 months, numerous lies, and they've never replaced the moldings they destroyed. I only give 1 star because you're made to. Stay away from this company, in my humble opinion. They are as bad as it gets.

Shop marked work as complete. A mobile tech was scheduled to visit but never came. Corporate call center was not able to untie the booking mistake and there is no way to call the Winston-Salem shop directly, only ai bots and call centers. Corporate recommendation is to drive to the shop since that is the only way to reach them. Seems odd they can't resolve this.
