  I made an appointment through my insurance company and was able to get one the next day. I had to drive to the location because they don’t go to my rural area. I was told my wait would be at least 2 hours, but they were through in an hour and 40 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional

  They scheduled windshield replacement service at my home, and sent multiple emails confirming the service and giving instructions. That turned out to be only an inspection appointment. The next appointment was cancelled at the laSt minute over a technology issue. The third appointmeant was kept, but they recalibration couldn't be done. This required a fourth appointment to go to their shop. The work itself was fine, so far

  Great experience with Winston-Salem Safelite store. John kept me posted frequently on schedule. Service tech Diante was very skillful and kept me posted on his eta as his day progressed.

  Communications were timely and informative. Technician was top notch. Very knowledgeable and was very careful ensure no damage resulting from removal of the old windshield and installation of the new one.

  This was an exceptionally excellent experience with a windshield replacement. The shop was patient with us while we navigated a difficult issue related to recalibrating the windshield camera (which delayed the glass replacement). The technician who ultimately came to our home to do the work was knowledgeable and experienced and finished the job — including successful recalibration — in less than 2 hours. On a side note, the Honda dealership was trying to convince us that no one would be able to recalibrate our camera properly and we should buy a new one — which would also require an OEM windshield that our insurance wouldn’t cover. We thought we were facing about $3000 out of pocket but ended up getting the windshield replacement which was covered by our insurance and no problems with calibrating our camera. Nice work!!!!
