The online contact form customer support is a joke. They're not worth the help and then I see a review where this place responded saying if they have phones going directly there the employees can't get anything done the employees aren't doing anything anyways the cars are bought and then just dropped in the yard I need a customer pulls to park so you're telling me you're paying employees just to sit behind the counter on their but because it ain't like they got to do anything. I would never have a business where my employees didn't have to answer her phone it's called multitasking something I need to know and learn in life or they'll never make it. I was a parts person and I multitask I answered three phones ran three computers with three customers at a parts store when the other employees were out

Went there to get truck parts and ended up having to buy my own things back, I’m a mechanic so I have parts for my own things in my bags, they checked our bags when we walked in seen everything we had in them and did not say a word about the parts I already had in my bag that I owned, checking out they checked our bags again then the parts I already had and brung in with me the took and said we stole them even though when we walked in they were seen and nothing was said! Told us all parts had to be marked coming in and leaving I asked why then they didn’t do that when I walked in they then repeated that all parts had to be marked coming in and out and I said the lady did say a word nor mark them, they accused us of stealing from them and we had to buy our own stuff back from them and to beat all the parts I had was even things that you could get there or even had, so in closing do not go there if you don’t want to get screwed out of money I had to pay over 60 damn dollars to get my own belongs back, I recommend no one ever go to this place
