  I didn't want to leave a negative review for NTB because everyone is super NICE. But I've been there TWICE for a tire balance and each time, I've had an issue. The first time incident happened when I called explained that I needed my tires balanced. The guy I spoke too told me to come on over but 30 minutes later when I got there, he told me his guys had gone to lunch and come back another day. Waste of time but whatever. But today was the last straw for me. I called at 8:30 to actually make an appointment this time. The young lady said all of the first morning appointments were gone but she told me she had a 9:30. Okay, great! I got there at 9:30, she checked me in, and I sat in the customer waiting area. By 10:30, I went in the lobby because I realized that I was running short on time to another appointment. They hadn't even pulled my car in the bay yet!!! An hour of waiting, nothing had been done so what was the point of making an appointment?! She said two people had called out but still .. very unacceptable. Definitely not going back but they definitely need to work on these issues!!

  Very professional asked to tighten my battery cables with no hesitation Robert grab his tools and come over and had me gone in no time.

  I had to get new brakes, a new axle and a new valve gasket cover. NTB team told me exactly what issues the car had and did not try to sell me something else. They are a reliable and honest team. Recommended.

  Great people! Traveling and had a flat. They fixed the problem and had me on the road quickly. Friendly and helpful.

  Best customer service I've had in years!!! Very professional , very helpful and they're amazing. To the 2 gentleman that mounted the 2 thin tires to my front drag wheels, you guys are amazing! I went to 3 other tire places and they couldn't or just didn't want to work on these wheels because they were 15x4 that wheels were too thin ... Man these 2 gentleman did it like if they have mounted thousands, no excuses... Thank you!!! 🙏
