- MMMarc MooreJun 8, 20251.0Used this confusing parking garage last night for right around 2 hours.. tried for a while to figure out how to 'start' my parking time there.. only to realize the cameras I guess couldn't read/recognize my 60-day temporary license plate on my new car.. they showed me a photo of my car and said an incorrect plate number for it, but I just accepted it was mine anyway to get it finished and add my payment method.. after my roughly 2 hour park there I left thinking everything would just work like they said and they would just remove the amount for my 2 hour stay.. but thankfully I checked the website again after getting home.. apparently since it didn't recognize my plate number well, it never registered me even leaving. So even as I write this review it is still charging me more and more at a supposed 16+ hours parked there... And they won't allow you to remove your payment method until your parking start had ended... I have already submitted a ticket about it, but I am really wondering if they will make it right. Really terrible system honestly.. Do not recommend and will not be using again.
