  Went here as a walk in and got seen right away! Checked all of my tires, replaced 2 of them and did an oil change. He went over all of the options and different price ranges. All and all, quick service and a great visit!

  Mavis Tires & Brakes has repeatedly proven to me that they are customer focused and driven. They go above and beyond for their customers and don't pressure you into additional purchases/services if it's not necessary. I come to this location to get my lowered car's oil change since it fits on their ground level alignment rack perfectly. I always provide my own oil and filter and just pay a lower charge for labor alone. This time, the oil filter I provided was defective and couldn't be used. I was offered a new filter on the house, but it was lower quality than what I prefer to use. Since I was effectively stuck there otherwise, the center manager personally offered to give me a ride to the local auto parts store to purchase a new filter and return my defective one, which I graciously accepted! That is what I call above and beyond and amazing customer service! I will be back again for my oil change next time and I will continue to be a Mavis customer for other applicable service needs too! Thank you!

  Wes was absolutely amazing! We walked me through what was wrong with my car and explained everything very well. He helped me get the best value for what I could afford and was a great salesperson. The guys who did the work on my car were fantastic too! I’ll definitely be back again.

  Had our cars there for rotation, service, etc. Always took vehicle in on time, performed service needed. No pushy upsells, drama about extra repairs, just get the job done and handed car back over. It's what you are looking for in a garage . Also purchased two new sets of tires in last few years and they stood behind the warranties, performed rotations, etc.
