Pat was so helpful and knowledgeable, and taught me things for next time. Another gentleman, Mekah (sorry if that is misspelled), helped me calibrate the dashboard so the sensor was not still on. Being a female with a car, I’ve often been taken advantage of, and it was so refreshing to see mechanics. Genuinely care and help me.

They failed to even balance my tires and front end alignment are poorly done.
- CVCat VDec 27, 20255.0I had a horribly terrifying moment (as any car owner would agree) when I was driving after an oil change and just across the street from this Mavis my brake locked up and my tire started smoking. I pulled over into this Mavis and despite me shaking and barely able to speak, these lovely gentlemen helped me out, made sure my car was good, and it was all free of charge (though maybe the experience shaved a year off my life). Turns out those sit in your car oil change places really do cost more than what you think. (It’s your sanity, that’s what it costs.) Thank you so so much to these lovely gents, I WILL be coming here for my next oil change. They already won me over last year for tires.

Instead of saying you have to do this and it’ll be this much.. they gave him options and other suggestions outside of their shop. That to me, is everything. Honesty, options, and being human beings and understanding that not everyone can afford or do what is needed all at once. That encounter alone will bring me back here! Thank you for your amazing service and your kindness!
