I recently subscribed to the monthly parking service at City Center West Deck(administered by LAZ subscriptions), and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The customer service provided is abysmal.Firstly, the staff members seem completely disinterested in assisting customers. Every time I had a question or concern, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to help. It's evident that they prioritize their tasks over providing satisfactory service to paying customers. Moreover, the subscription process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. The website lacks clear, user friendly instructions, making it difficult to navigate and complete the registration process. Additionally, when I tried reaching out for assistance, the response time was passive aggressive, leaving me frustrated and without resolution to my issues.Furthermore, the condition of the parking deck itself leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness standards are subpar, with trash often littering the premises. The lack of customer service, convoluted registration process, and poor maintenance of the facility make it difficult to justify continuing my subscription. I would strongly advise potential customers to explore other options before committing to this service.

Parked on rooftop while staying at Marriott, one stairwell had human feces in it and the other appeared to have homeless people living in it. Doors were supposed to be locked to public but neither lock was working allowing access to all. Disgusting!

A minus rating is more like it, On 6/23 of this year I parked in this parking deck. I parked there about 2 hours. Upon leaving the stop arm would not go up to let me out, $ 54.00 dollars later i got out because i kept calling the number of the Marriott posted on the machine, I finally got out, I did call 911 before to get some help and they told me the town did not manage this parking deck but a private company did. I found out the information about the company and complained, plus was told to send in my information by email and they would investigate it. I did so on June 27, 2023. It is now 7-26-2023, and still no reimbursement or any response. There was a nice lady that works for nonprofit across from the parking deck, and on 6/23 she walked across the street to tell me that this happens a couple of times a week.
