  See 2 updates below. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! I made a reservation 3 days before I needed a truck. At 4:30 pm the day prior they called me to say they didn't have a box truck available that I had rented and offered a flatbed. That alone was my only option. They told me the box truck sticker was out of date on the plate. Their failure to update and maintain their trucks has cost me tremendously. The past 2 hours have been spent trying to find the truck I need last minute. I still have no solution. I had 3 separate pickups scheduled for tomorrow. I wasted my time organizing everything as it seems I may have to cancel. Picture shows I reserved a box truck with liftgate. Offering flatbed (stakeside) was no help. Update: I responded to the link provided in the reply to my review. The customer service chat was more of a joke than trying to rent the truck. They tried to rent me another truck. Didn't read what was sent to them, didn't review the reservation, just tried to rent me another truck "to earn my trust again." Told me a Manager would call me. So I yet again wasted more time with enterprise to accomplish nothing. 2ND Update - another week and still no contact other than the response to this review and when it sent me to chat which was a bigger waste of my time.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. Buck and Makayla went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was in a bind and needed cargo vans quickly — they communicated with me throughout the process, worked hard to secure the vehicles, and had them ready right on time as promised. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend this team!
