  I've rented a car from this location twice now and both times the guys I've dealt with have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Even going out of their way to switch my reservation to their location as it was scheduled for the location across town & when there was a miscommunication, they handled it with ease. Excellent customer service experience and the vehicles have been perfect for what I needed. Ask for Eli or Gabriel!

  I had a very long rental, almost a month with them, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you so much! I will continue to rent from this place whenever I need to.

  Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while. On three different occasions they have called me to set up a reservation and tell me what time to arrive. Every-time I do, no cars available. Today I finally asked one of the guys at the desk what the point of a reservation was (I was not rude just firm) and replied sarcastically that he could set me up with a 15 seat van so I just walked away. Even though I have a free rental through my insurance with enterprise I decided to take another route and go to another place and pay. Never will I go here again.

  Placed a reservation for a XL SUV, due to having 3 guys and a ton of equipment that we need to get form NC to TX. They assured me, we have a XL SUV and it will be here waiting for you when you arrive. I even explained prior to booking the reservation that it had to be a large SUV or the equipment will not fit. Once I was told I had the reservation I stopped looking for a vehicle that would work as I was under the impression I had found one. Arrive at the location to learn they never had the XL SUV. The business model here is to promise whatever you need, then when you arrive on your departure date, they realize you have no chose but to take whatever they have on the lot at the time. I reserved a expedition XL and was offered a Nissan Rogue. Bait and Switch is what the NC Attorney General called it. We will see how it shakes out in the coming months.

  AVOID RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION! I rented an SUV from the Enterprise on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. When I returned the vehicle, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Stephen Sims, informed me that there were dents on the ROOF of the SUV — an area that I’ve never inspected when I’ve rented vehicles and was not inspected by myself or the Enterprise Representative at pickup. His only explanation was that, because there was “no prior claim in their system” for the damage, they would have to hold me responsible. That reasoning makes no sense and feels completely unfair. The roof of the SUV was not visible or accessible to me during the inspection, and I kept the vehicle parked securely in garages at home and at work for the entire rental period. Despite explaining this, I was still held responsible for the damage and ultimately made a claim with my insurance — even though there was no mention of it on my closing receipt or any written documentation at the time of return. This experience has left me extremely disappointed in how this branch handles customer accountability. There was no clear evidence or transparency provided — only a decision to charge me for something I didn’t do. My advice to anyone considering renting from this location, avoid this location if you can — there are plenty of other Enterprise branches and rental options nearby that treat customers more fairly. Furthermore, anytime you’re renting from Enterprise or any other company, check every single part of your rental vehicle, including the roof (bring a step stool if you have to). Make sure you take photos and videos date stamped BEFORE signing documentation at pickup and again when you return it.
