    Enterprise use to take pride in accommodating your customers with clean vehicles. I’m washing and cleaning /vacuuming them upon return. University used to have a very professional staff with courteous service. Never been to Stratford rd much however, the cars were dirty on both outside and inside , and when a person is driving different rentals it would be nice to leave a gas tank reminder slip so that we refill exactly where each vehicle was because it’s easy to forget which car was on which gas tank line. Instead of taking out a large amount from the customer.

    From the moment I was picked up to the time I dropped the vehicle off, my experience with Enterprise was truly exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the experience was smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and customer service shown after a bad snowstorm. The roads were unsafe, and the Enterprise team went above and beyond by making sure we were safely brought back home. That act of kindness and professionalism meant so much and showed genuine concern for their customers. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy, with the same excellent service from start to finish. It’s clear that this team truly values their customers. I am extremely grateful for such an outstanding experience and will absolutely continue to use Enterprise in the future. I highly recommend this location.
