    The entire crew at Cottman Transmission went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend this shop. I had traveled to Winston-Salem for the day from out of town and had a check engine light. Tested as a transmission code so not safe to get back on the road. Several shops could only help me the following week! but Cottman, who was just as booked up, agreed to help me. They got me back on the road and I won't ever forget their compassion and A -1 customer service. It turned out to be an intricate problem to diagnose, but they persisted and got me on my way. Definitely recommend for their customer service and expertise.

    I had replacement of clutch, master cylinder, serpentine belt, and other much needed servicing. Before any repairs were done, technicians inspected each area very thouroughly. A bill estimate was given to me and after all repairs were completed, Awesome Technicians test drove it. I then have a recheck appointment this week for a complete re-inspection to make sure everything is working well. I was either in contact by email or a phone message when parts were delivered and what repairs were completed. KUDOS TO THE WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL COTTMAN CREW IN WINSTON-SALEM NC!
