- PCPetrina CovingtonFeb 2, 20264.0Wasted time and money because of the elderly black lady that works there but the Latino guy was amazing. I ubered there yesterday to purchase a jump starter for my van because the cold weather killed my battery. I told the elderly black lady that works there that I needed a jump starter and she showed me where it was and chose the one I needed then went to the back to get it. When I got home it wouldn’t start. She ended up selling me a battery charger instead and it didn’t even charge my battery! I even called and spoke with the Latino guy and he gave me instructions on how to use the charger but still no luck. I ubered back the next day because they closed early yesterday and the Latino guy helped me. The elderly lady was there and I told her how she sold me the wrong product and she didn’t even say anything. It might be time for her to retire. I wasted money and time and missed work because of her mistake!! The Latino guy is wonderful and knows what he’s doing and knows what he’s talking about and has excellent customer service skills!
