After a jumpstart I drove STRAIGHT to the store. He knew exactly who I was when I walked in, helped with battery selection, and installed it. He was very knowledgeable but MOST OF ALL he was a DELIGHT! He was friendly, made me smile and feel at ease in a time of panic. It was rainy and cold but he never complained. If every customer service experience I've ever had or will have mirrored Robert, the entire country would be a better place. Robert is special and deserves to be recognized. He's a true asset to your company. There is hands down no better example for your associates to follow.
