Don tried to convince me that I didn’t need a battery because when he tested it, it was “good. “ I tried to explain to him that it was “good” because I jumped it and then drove it to the advanced auto and that an alternator will charge a battery once it’s cranked. He told me that a car battery should last 5 years (I’ve had the car 5 years) and that I should buy a battery charger and charge my battery at home. I had to repeat several times that I just wanted to buy a battery to which he told me “a battery will run you over $200. “ Again I say I would like to buy a battery. Then James comes over and says even if they sold me a battery they wouldn’t be able to install it because it requires professional installation. James deemed himself the “battery king.” As I was turning to leave Don says “you can buy a battery online. “ I went to AutoZone where they not only sold me a battery but also installed it with no issues. These 2 guys appeared incompetent. Run if they claim they can help you! Jasmine was very nice though. She not only appeared capable of doing her job, but also was very friendly and understanding.

I don't know how they're expected to do their job duties to the fullest while the A/C is broke, especially with all this heat. I was sweating just a few moments after walking through the door and I would have stayed longer had the air been working. Will be going to other stores where I can actually shop comfortably.
