- TDTeresa Dickens4 days ago1.0The auto wash machine doesn’t clean your vehicle the way that it should and the young that washes off your car before it goes through broke my rear wiper. He didn’t even let me know that it had happened or report that he made a mistake. I called the number to report it and they denied the claim and told me that the mechanical washer did it. I have been through the washer at least twenty times and no issues. The manger constantly lies and they want answer the phone when you call and when you go there, she never in. I actually would think that they would be more professional than what I have encountered in the last three months because that was how I have been waiting on a check that doesn’t even exist.

Their answer was we do allow you to cancel but because you moved we will allow you to cancel. BUT, here it is months later, and they are still trying to charge my account. TODAY ,I actually had to change bank and bank accounts to stop it. And I still get emails when they try to charge my account that no longer exists. TOXIC BUSINESS! BUYER BEWARE. AND, when I was using that car wash. No clean dry towels! Closed for no reason or bad equipment. Wasn’t at all a good experience!!! Your call JUST BE CAREFUL!! TOXIC!!!! I wouldn’t give any Stars but you can’t leave a review without giving one star.
