- JTJames Taylor4 days ago1.0My wife made a reservation for a premium car rental a month ago for a trip out of town . When she went to pick up the car they did not have one single premium car on the lot so there was no car reserved for her. Then to get a car they wanted a 300 dollar deposit that we have never paid before for what ever they had left on the lot so she agreed and went to inspect the vehicle and she opened the door and was hit in the face with the smell of either pot or someone killed a skunk inside. It was so strong that if my wife had got pulled for any reason they would have searched her for drugs. This is the 2nd time they tried renting us a car that smelled like that. You would think the people working there would know it smells like Cheech and Chong renting it. I guess that's what you get with bad management

I called a few hours later and was told that no cars were available and I should look elsewhere. I asked "How can you run a car rental business this way" The manger said that they didn't have avess to the central booking system. I call BS on this. You can't tell me that they can go in and see all the cars that are scheduled for pickup. Don't rely on this organization if getting a car is important. As they said Look elsewhere. What a joke
