They changed my oil but did not put the dip stick back in causing me to lose most of the oil they had just put in. I did not know this was the case until I saw a puddle of oil under my car after driving it. I have filed a case with corporate to fix my car. The area manager BRONSON WAS NO HELP. He actually wanted to argue with me that it was not their fault. Sorry place of business. Horrible customer service. And they dont know how to put a simple dip stick back in after service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AMATEUR HOUR!!!!!!!!!

Her car was leaking oil for about 2 weeks before she came home and I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway. I thought of the worse but it seems who ever did the oil change forgot to tighten the oil filter . Stop trying for quantity and give us quality.

Blades were only a few months old. Tech claimed they had to leave windshield completely dry after a single wipe. Blades were manufactured by RainX and left a film on windshield that dried, leaving protective coat. Tech said wipers would not pass inspection. State law on inspections reads... Operational: The wiper blades must be fully operational and sweep the windshield cleanly. Good condition: Blades should not be torn, broken, or missing any parts. Effective cleaning: They must work to provide a clear view in various weather conditions, such as rain or snow. Cracked windshield: Damage to the windshield that is in the wiper's path, or that causes the blades to be cut, can result in a failed inspection. Nothing that states windshields must be completely dry after one wipe. Just a tactic by the tech to try to sell wiper blades. I do not trust them.
