- AGAlan GrimbergDec 29, 20253.0Staff was a little scrambled, they claimed they tried to call me to confirm the car was ready for pickup but they didn’t. When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to come up to the front desk to check out. Others there had been waiting for hours and staff generally didn’t communicate with other customers very well. They did change my oil and fix my tire at a pretty reasonable price!

They tell me I have to wait 20 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT! 30 minutes later they tell me I need wiper blades. THEY CHARGE ME $60 FOR A PAIR. I can go get rainX for $36. I say something and the guy rudely tells me I have 2 options: 1 get charged for a submitted failed inspection and go buy some and put them on and get recharged by them for a passed inspection, or pay them plus $3 a piece to install. Lashika was at least kind and gave a small discount after showing her a comparable price. The dude was on a power trip with his tone. By now they have got me and it's not worth leaving. It then takes them 30 minutes to install 2 wiper blades that I did myself in 30 seconds per wiper. $3 for 30 seconds of pressing a button and snapping a new one in. I am there an hour for a preset appointment that they are late for, for an inspection only and 2 people sitting in the waiting area. Rude, manipulative, and setting traps for people they think don't know cars. I've done a full motor rebuild in my shop, I know my stuff. I just needed an official inspection done. They are ripping people off with a sorry attitude.

Professional and friendly. Told them I was going to wait for the brake replacement. Made an appointment and they knocked it out quickly. A+.
