  It was great a personal experience even with a short staff. The wait was bearable and the hospitality was excellent. The GM made sure she kept a check on me making sure I didn’t need anything during my wait. I am definitely satisfied with the service and my truck rides great. New tires, oil change with filter, and brakes my truck drives super smooth. I’m excited about doing more business with them in the near future.

  Came in to do a state AND emission inspection. Lady first charged me for both, but upon reading the inspection, only a safety inspection was done. So I had to go back inside to ask for clarification. She had to charge me again for just a state inspection, but still wasn’t giving me a clear answer when I asked if my car needs both safety and emissions done. This was the sole reason I went here. She basically said that the inspector rang up the county and he just did safety inspection, but if I wanted I could still get emissions done too. What in the world. Not to mention I called earlier ahead of time to ask for info, and the lady said I can come over before 4pm. Then upon arriving and about to be put on the schedule, they said “actually how about you come in another day since we’ll have two inspectors?” …make this make more sense other than “we’re lazy and honestly don’t care.” To this day, still have not received back the wrong amount that was charged. I would also like the additional price they asked me to pay to be refunded for poor job and service. I went to a Pugh’s the other day and they fully did what I asked with no complications. That has been acceptable; Mr. Tire in Wilson, NC was not.

  Mr. Tire did a diagnostic test on my heater; and stated if they did the repair, the diagnostic fee would be deducted if I had my car repaired there. I agreed to that. However, I'm disappointed that Mr. Tire charged the diagnostic fee; yet their technicians were not qualified to do the work.
