I had never been before, a man come to my car asked what I was there for, then said he’d pull in my car and walked into the waiting area. I had planned on staying in my car as the sign says I could stay in my car for my 15 minute oil change. I waited until he pulled my car back in and walked out and tried to get more information and said I had planned on waiting in my car. The woman said it’s all the same and she would be in to talk to me. They pulled in a truck and started working on that. 1 hour later, they started working on my car. I was told my vehicle had to have the synthetic oil and that it would be 85.99, but not to worry as she had a coupon so it would be less. I agreed to the service. The oil change itself did not take long as it shouldn’t. When she came back in to charge me my before discount was over $100, with discount was $79.90. I was never informed of the extra $5.50 charge for my oil??? And another $9.99 shop supplies charge. When asked about the wait and extra chargers I was told “oh I’m sorry about that, it usually isn’t that long if everyone shows up on time” and “oh corporate adds that on”. But none of that was communicated to me before. A simple, “ hey we are short staffed so it might be a longer wait” would have been the professional thing to do. Along with “$85.99 before some other fees and your coupon” would have given me a better idea on pricing than waiting until I’m swiping my card and I question it. Other than that, 2 men were arguing in the shop talking about how “if you talk to me one more time I’m going home, this is your final warning” so she starts counting “1,2,3 if you want to act like toddlers I’ll treat you like toddlers” Entire experience was extremely unprofessional
