- HHHi HiOct 12, 20251.0A manager Tim just looks at customers and doesn’t even interact with us, I came in the other day asking for a part, the manager Tim looked at me and avoid me and calls one of his workers to help me, all he does is he walks around and avoid people, he doesn’t take care of his customers and cares more about collecting that check instead of giving good customer service, autozone please hire better people for that position!!!!

I went to check my glove compartment for the receipt just in case. When I came back in all 3 gentleman (Terry, Brandon, Anthony) were very easy to work with, very assisting and knowledgeable and they all worked together to ensure that customer service was top knotch. I am very patient. I’ve worked in those fields before but the way you handle people goes a long way. You never know when you will need someone, so don’t burn your bridges.
