  On 4/12 I went to the Oak Ridge loaction in Wilmington NC around noon. I was dissapointed to see the wash wasn't working, but was told by Chad that it was being reset and "may be back on in 10 minutes". I started to drive away and Chad said "I don't need the sarcasm". I figured he was talking to the truck in front of me, since I didn't say anything to him. I went and vaccumed my car, so as to not make the trip a complete waste of time. After I vaccumed, about 10 minutes later. I walked back to the front of the wash to see if it had come back online. Chad seemed very annoyed that I was in the drive area, no cars were there. His attitude was odd, I usually have great customer service and have used this carwash for years. What happened next was unacceptable. Chad pointed and said "you can wait over there" his tone of voice was that of a person not suited for customer service. I went to my car wondering if he was talking to me earlier about the "sarcasm" comment so I walked back and asked him if he was talking to me or the truck in front of me. He said he was talking to the truck but then he got even more mad at me, at told me "to vacate the property cursing and saying he was going to call the police." He was yelling so I gave him back the same energy he gave me, and explained you don't treat customers like your enemy. I immediately canceled my membership. Chad has face for radio and a personality of a mad bore. Chad should be fired! I will never return, there are many other car washes in the area. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, if you do then watch out for Mad Chad, if he even still works there.

  From the start, the manager at this location was aggressive hostile and accusatory. Before even looking at my vehicle or reviewing the footage, he blamed me for the scratches and talked down to me as if I was trying to scam them. I watched the video myself and saw the entrance brushes hit my vehicle, yet he flat out denied reality and made up excuses on the spot. There was no investigation, no professionalism, and zero customer service. Just immediate blame shifting and attitude. The goal was clearly to shut me up, not to figure out what actually happened. Communication is a joke. You cannot call corporate. You cannot reach a district manager. They refuse to give names, refuse to give phone numbers, and hide behind canned email responses saying their decision is “final.” There is no escalation process and no accountability. If something goes wrong, they circle the wagons and stonewall you. If this car wash damages your vehicle, expect hostility, denial, and finger pointing. You will be treated like the problem instead of a paying customer. Use this place at your own risk!

  I had a great experience here! In fact, I just left and had to leave a review! I stopped by this morning for a long-overdue car wash after my vehicle had been neglected while letting someone else use it. The gentlemen working there (I wish I had gotten their names) were incredibly friendly and attentive! As soon as I pulled up, the employee directing me into the wash was welcoming and upbeat. When I got to the vacuums, another employee checked in right away mentioning to let them know if I needed anything. They noticed me scrubbing my tires after the wash (I had selected the tire shine option) and offered to have my car go through the wash again once I finished. I don’t blame the machine at all—this wash was long overdue and the tires were caked with dirt. I was actually surprised by how much came off after the first wash. The fact that they offered to let me go through again without me even asking really says a lot about their customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future washes!
