  Went by to get inspection. 3 bays, 4 techs and one vehicle being serviced. After 15 minutes I left. Hope they can pay the bills servicing one car at a time. Buenos suerte!

  I drive for Uber, and a few weeks ago I had an unexpected issue with my car and needed a quick save so I could get back on the road. Nic at Valvoline delivered that save. Without his quick and expect action, I'd have lost out on an entire night of earnings. Very grateful he was there - he's a credit to your organization!

  Rude regarding my place in line (I parked in the wrong placeBUT they didn’t have to be so rude about correcting me and not allowing me to go before the guy who just pulled up - the guy was not inside the garage yet) dismissive, had to return to have them reset oil maintenance light, synthetic oil changes last a lot longer than 3000 miles when I returned they said to add another 3000 to the number they recorded. I will not rerun to the pine valley location. I was there Sunday afternoon.

  I use this Valvoline location frequently and usually never have issues but on my last visit the technician tried to get me to purchase unnecessary services. First he stated no oil was showing on dip stick and he suggested to purchase an additive to my oil. I checked my oil prior to my visit so I know this wasn’t true. He then told me my license plate bulbs were burnt out and wanted to replace. I declined as I can do that myself. After I left the shop I checked the lights around my license plate and they were working fine! Beware for them trying to sell you for services not necessary. Hope this is a one off!

  I went mid day on a weekday and drove right in. I was reminded of things needed but no pressure to buy and in fact I did buy an air filter b/c it was cheaper at Valvoline than at any local auto parts store.They were efficient and courteous.
