  I don’t leave many reviews but I wanted to be sure to leave one after my brief interaction with Will. I came in for an oil change and he was truly outstanding. He brought me through all of my options and went above and beyond in every way. He broke down my options in a way that I could understand the benefits that came with each one. He changed my air filter which definitely was not looking too good and educated kindly on how often i should change them. At the end of my service, i overheard a coworker question him why he was taking so long to which it ended with “then you need to stop talking so much”. I want to make it known that after several times of coming here for services, Will has offered the best customer service and very much cares about the cars that he works on.

  As a woman, car service can be intimidating. Many places will take advantage. I am thrilled to say that this was the furthest thing from my experience at Strickland. I was greeted by Mike immediately upon pulling around the building, directed right into a bay safely. Will came out and checked the details of my car, explained exactly what type of oil I needed. Upon checking further he found that the ship was out of the oil I needed in a few options/levels. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the difference was and was very apologetic for not having all the options and he was waiting on his supply truck if I wanted to wait and return another day. Turns out I was able to use a coupon from their website that helped and the option of oil they did have would last twice as long so it totally made it worth it to me. Had Will not taken the time to explain all the options he didn’t have at the moment and offer to have me come back, I would have felt like perhaps a more expensive product was just being pushed on me. Will and Mike worked together and confirmed each step with each other, verifying it was all done correctly and safely. I got a very detailed receipt, a reminder sticker for my windshield that Will put on for me and a bonus lavender air freshener! All of this in about 15 minutes and I got to sit right in my car. Will thanked me for my business, explained future coupon possibilities and even apologized for how “long” it took! I questioned him whe he said it was longer than normal because to me, it was SUPER fast. What an efficient team and operation. I will absolutely never go anywhere else - best car service I’ve ever had - hands down!!!

  I have gone to Strickland brothers in Wilmington for awhile now and Will the manager and Jacob the assistant manager did my oil change at my last visit. They are great people and the service is so quick! I also appreciate that they always let you know about coupons or deals for your oil change. Highly recommend !

  The guy with the dreads was cocky and rude at the go. Told my bluntly to get out of my car like he was a cop. I asked what his problem was and his friend said "what's your problem" I am not a controversial person so the whole experience was very odd. Customer service was just bizarre. Luckily there was one man who apologized for his young staff, but still won't be going back

  I love this place. Everyone is always nice. But i just stopped by. Guy came to check me in. I told him i needed a saftey inspection and the oil changed. A safety inspection is basically the same thing they do post oil change. Check your lights, tire condition road worthness. To upsell you on little easy fixes. The oil change takes much longer. Afyer checking in he said yes no problem waited for the guy in front of me to finish and pulling in he said we dont have time to do the inspection we can only do the oil chamge. Mind you its 1200 noon. I said i dont mind waiting. I come here for everything. Id rather get it done here. He said we dont have time. THAT DOSENT MAKE SENSE. I do know you have to be licensed to do it. Maybe they didnt have someone there that had the ability but thats not what he said. I waited there for 20 mins just to leave. My truck isnt even due for an oil change. But while i was getting it inspected why not? So i left. Thats where it got worse. Upon me saying well ill just go somewhere else. He just turned and left. Cone in front of me truck behind me. I had to get out of my truck and say well what do i do. Pull thru? He said just back your way out. Went back to vaping. So i had to do the pull back pull forward pull back pull forwards multi step u turn trying not to hit the car beside me or the truck behind me. So disrespectful. If your so time limited you would think me leaving would make you happy. But no. You were just a massive pita
