- ABAngel Briones4 days ago1.0Went for car inspection, they found a bs reason to fail it and tried to sell me 4 new tires which I didn't need. Had to pay the service fee and it felt like i was being taken advantage of. Would NOT recommend this place.

- JGJeff GranatoApr 1, 20265.0No sense of urgency with employees. This is supposed to be a Quick oil change service. Pulled in and was being patient then a vehicle pulled in after me and was serviced ahead of me. Seemed to be lack of coordination between employees. As my oil was being changed, I was told I needed a new serpentine belt. After the belt was removed, I asked to look at it. I’m not a mechanic, but I’m not ignorant. The belt seemed to be in excellent condition. But since they Had already changed it I didn’t think I had much of an argument. I have been going there for several years and this is the worst service I have received. Then to top it off the tech who changed the oil never bothered to wipe the excess off and then when I came out to my vehicle the next morning, there’s a big oil spot in my driveway. Last time I will be visiting this location. I am updating this review based on a phone call I received from Jiffy lube, general manager of this region by the name of Dylan Pate this morning. I was happy to hear that they had genuine concern about my experience at their location on market Street. He was very understanding and apologetic, polite, and professional. This problem has since been resolved. Thank you, Dylan. Much appreciated.
