  Terrific service! We send a BIG thanks to Brenden (our tech), Wendy in service and Rachel, too! The waiting room accommodations were comfortable and the work was completed as discussed. Price was fair. Definitely top notch! Would definitely go back for any service issues.

  I wish I could give zero, but 1 is the lowest score. I started working with a sales rep over a week ago. I was interested in a particular unit they had. We were working through the pricing, trade in, etc., then,,,, she was ghost. She disappeared. No longer responding to any emails, texts or phone calls. I left messages, spoke to the others, who assured me that she was there, but no response. I really thought all was going well. No sales manager called me back either, they must have too many leads to run on. I have been RVing for a long time and have bought many units, this RV was quite expensive and was well worth the time. I am well qualified, have money, good credit, etc. This is an awful way to treat prospects. I can't imagine how they treat you AFTER they get your money. To say that I'm disappointed is an incredible understatement. I bought this unit elsewhere. They actually wanted to sell me a motorhome. Who would have guessed it?

  I just experienced the ultimate in good business from Howard RV, and a demonstration of their company culture. My husband and I were traveling through Wilmington (from Northern Vermont) in the first week of a 52-day adventure. And our Tire Minder system started reading one tire had a PSI of 259 (which is impossible.) But we could not ignore that fact that the alarm was constantly ringing and needed immediate attention. I phoned Howard because of their wonderful reviews and they were amazing. Found something they had tucked away that might fix our problem, instead of trying to sell us a whole new system. Lovely people. Do business with them. Their corporate culture seems rare!

  These guys doing an amazing job getting your rig taken care of. Even Bill, the gentleman who is a filling in this week while some are on vacation has done an amazing job getting my service handled! So even when they're on vacation they are still running like a well oil machine! They are a family-owned company and certainly treat you as if you are family. I drive over an hour and a half when I have other dealerships to choose from because of the service that I received from Howard's team. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for letting me put my rig in such a good hands!
