- FRFelix Ruiz6 days ago5.0One Saturday morning, my old vehicle stranded me on the side of the road. I grabbed an Uber and headed to ILM airport to rent a car. After a rough start with Avis and Budget (see my other review for them 🙄), I finally made my way to Enterprise. Two guys there helped me out, and within seven minutes, I was on my way to pick up my car. The Enterprise has always been a great experience for me, even when traveling overseas. I didn't head straight to Enterprise initially because their staff weren't there yet, and I felt that I was already 'verbally committed' to Avis/Budget, until I decided that I had waited long enough.

The car was fine. But at return, I had to drop off before the location opened (what airport location opens at 8am????on a monday??) And 15 hours later had to make multiple phone calls/emails to get the 'final' paperwork. Not impressed.
