I am in the process of renewing my membership and have been pleased with the service and the quality of the wash I receive there. They offer a variety of car wash service plans at various prices. I met Ethan, the manager who was friendly and extremely helpful in providing detailed information about each of the wash plan products available. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the services they provided. He made recommendations about which particular plan would be best for my vehicle and I was able to make an informed decision to suit my needs. I will continue my patronage of the Monkey Junction, Whistle express Car Wash and recommend their service.

I will say, im not sure if they have a bathroom or not, ive never noticed one before, I wish they has a sign somewhere if they do, because shortly after going through the wash, I needed to use the restroom, and I couldnt find any of the people, so I just ended up leaving. I dont normally need the wash itself as much as the vacuum and sprays for the inside because of moving and having things for businesses in the back of my car often as well as animal hair etc. I wish they had a simple area that charges a little for just the vacuum & such things etc. So I wouldnt always have to sit through the wash just to get over there. But I do like this place, its very good, and very well priced.
