After my last visit, I discovered two dents on my vehicle. When I reported it, they sent me to get an estimate, which gave me hope they would do the right thing. Instead, they essentially called me a liar and refused to take responsibility for the damage. The way they handled this situation was unprofessional, dismissive, and beyond disappointing. After this experience, I will be canceling my membership immediately and will never return. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
