Before even looking at my vehicle or reviewing the footage, he blamed me for the scratches and talked down to me as if I was trying to scam them. I watched the video myself and saw the entrance brushes hit my vehicle, yet he flat out denied reality and made up excuses on the spot. There was no investigation, no professionalism, and zero customer service. Just immediate blame shifting and attitude. The goal was clearly to shut me up, not to figure out what actually happened. Communication is a joke. You cannot call corporate. You cannot reach a district manager. They refuse to give names, refuse to give phone numbers, and hide behind canned email responses saying their decision is “final.” There is no escalation process and no accountability. If something goes wrong, they circle the wagons and stonewall you. If this car wash damages your vehicle, expect hostility, denial, and finger pointing. You will be treated like the problem instead of a paying customer. Use this place at your own risk!

I stopped by this morning for a long-overdue car wash after my vehicle had been neglected while letting someone else use it. The gentlemen working there (I wish I had gotten their names) were incredibly friendly and attentive! As soon as I pulled up, the employee directing me into the wash was welcoming and upbeat. When I got to the vacuums, another employee checked in right away mentioning to let them know if I needed anything. They noticed me scrubbing my tires after the wash (I had selected the tire shine option) and offered to have my car go through the wash again once I finished. I don’t blame the machine at all—this wash was long overdue and the tires were caked with dirt. I was actually surprised by how much came off after the first wash. The fact that they offered to let me go through again without me even asking really says a lot about their customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future washes!

When I first arrived, he explained each car wash option to me in detail which was greatly appreciated as a first time customer. However, while I was vacuuming my car after my wash, Shawn noticed I had a good bit of residue remaining on my car (thanks to the berry-producing tree hanging over our driveway lol). He took it upon himself to try and wipe away this stuck-on grime manually with a towel and hot water, and when this was unsuccessful, he allowed me to run my car back through the wash a second time at no additional charge. My car likely needs some detailing work done to remove the remaining grime, but I am so grateful for the kindness shown to me today! Not many car washes would let you run through a second time, but Whistle Express did. :) Big shout out to Shawn! Thank you!
