- CHChuck HenkelFeb 8, 20265.0I have a white convertible and arrived here after a 10 hr drive so the car was filthy. Tye was was impeccable and so nice to have powerful vacuums with both crevice and wide attachments. Plenty of microfiber towels and interior/window spray.
- HBHannah BabatundeFeb 4, 20262.0Do NOT Use the Mat Cleaner — and Don’t Expect the Owner to Care I stopped at Whistle for a car wash and then pulled into the vacuum area to clean my car mats. When I used the mat cleaner, my mat was completely eaten by the machine. One of the employees came out to help, and I ended up standing in the rain for nearly 45 minutes, holding the machine open while they tried to get my mat out. They used multiple crowbars and eventually had to rip it free. My custom mat was ruined, and by that point I didn’t even have time to finish vacuuming my car. There are plenty of cameras on site. The employee called the owner to ask how they should handle the situation. The owner didn’t realize he was on speakerphone and said, “Tell her there’s a sign on the machine that says ‘Use At Your Own Risk,’ and that’s it.” Respectfully, if a machine has to be “repaired” with crowbars and tape, it shouldn’t be available for customers to use at all — especially when employees admitted this problem keeps happening. I was told someone would follow up with me the next week. It has now been 60 days, and no one has contacted me. I’ve tried calling back with no response. Very disappointing experience and even worse customer service.
