  I was at the mall and locked my key in the car. I called AAA and they dispatched Wayne’s Towing. The gentleman arrived quickly, got my car unlocked and was very professional. I appreciate their time and responsiveness.

  I was connected to Wayne’s via AAA. I asked for someone to come and replace my battery, but when Steven showed up, he only wanted to jump my battery (while he was charging it, he complained about people who don’t tip) and then told me I should take my car (van) somewhere to get a new battery. I explained that I paid AAA for that exact service which is why I called AAA. He then told me that he couldn’t replace my battery because it was located under the driver’s seat. When I explained that wasn’t true, and showed him the battery (already uncovered and exposed by me) he said he couldn’t do it because it was raining. I then asked if I should call back the next day when it wouldn’t be raining. He then told me he could replace it, but he would have to go buy the battery as he didn’t have any with him. He then quoted me a price that was $130 more than what AAA quoted me. When I asked questions to understand the difference in price (while he was sitting in his van and I was standing outside his window in the rain) he got quite indignant and basically said “take it or leave it.” At this point I had lost all faith in any integrity from this man and chose to pass. I then spoke to AAA - they apologized profusely and solved my issue another way. I have had a previous good experience with Wayne’s towing, but this was truly awful.

  My car broke down in my driveway and I was unable to get submit my request to AAA to tow it a mile away due to their link issues for roadside service. Doug was fantastic hooking me up with Lee who came and towed my car within 20 minutes. I heard I was not the only person to have issues with AAA's current app. They gave me guidance on how to address this with AAA and even gave my membership number to the dispatcher to try to avoid charging me outright. The service was stellar and I really appreciate what everyone did this morning. If you read this and also had issues with AAA, don't go to the local office as they will give you a number that got me transferred 12 times with still no guarantee for app. assistance.   EXCELLENT SERVICE! Between the time I called and got my vehicle a jump start, I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Alex came and tested the battery, jump started my battery with no issues, and went above and beyond and gave me a plethora of knowledge about newer vehicles, changing the battery, and other things good to know. The jump start cost me 65 dollars, but it was well spent. Recommend with the upmost enthusiasm!

  Let’s be honest — no one likes having their car towed. But since I had to, I’m really glad AAA dispatched Wayne's Towing and that Patrick showed up promptly. He arrived quickly, was professional, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Patrick handled everything efficiently, explained what he was doing, and made sure my car was secured and safely delivered. I truly appreciated his calm attitude and great communication throughout the process. If you end up in a tough spot, you’ll be lucky to have someone like Patrick show up to help!
