  I called AAA to help with my cracked rim and to get the car towed to RGX Repair in Wilmington, I call the front desk worker and immediately get fussed out and hung up on. I then call back and ask if they hung up on me on purpose and they said no my phone just cut off. Then my once 2:55 pick for my 3:00 appointment at RGX turned into a 3:55 pickup and now I have to tell the rim repairmen that the Towing company just delayed the drop off due to personal petty and childish behavior.

  Wayne rescued me in a Sunday afternoon! I was expecting to have to be towed but he fixed my completely flat tire in the pouring rain while my daughter and I sat in the car. Such a great guy!!! A-Plus service! All covered by AAA!

  I unfortunately have had to call on my friends at Wayne’s towing more than I would have liked with my AAA, from dead batteries to flat tires. I am extremely thankful every time their truck rolls up. They are efficient, caring and helpful. Thanks guys.

  Alright.. I’ve never used them outside of AAA, but as a provider of AAA services, they’ve gone downhill in the past 8 years I’ve been down here. Almost 2 hours for a flat tire? Only reason I had to call AAA in the first place is my wife needed my air pump and I didn’t have the lock nut key for my car… That is absolutely absurd! Thy might be good with other things, but this… I don’t see it

  I called AAA at 10:30 to have my car towed and less than 20 minutes later Joe arrived to help me. Unfortunately, I had parked my car in a spot that he couldn't maneuver the larger tow truck to to get it and within another 10 minutes Pat arrived. In no time at all they had my car loaded on to a truck and on the move. They were polite and positive and so willing to work with me. I am so grateful for them both because this situation could've been handled in a way that made me feel like a nuisance. Once again another day saved by the Joe and Pat show (: thank you so much again, gentlemen!!
