  I brought three of my vehicles into the Valvoline near Monkey Junction today, and the experience was fantastic. Huge thanks to Ryan, Jacob, and Dexter for being top notch professionals. They handled the inspections efficiently and also did a synthetic oil change for me. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond to physically show me the new oil on the dipstick to confirm the job was done properly. It’s an extremely safe, well run, and genuinely honest shop. Highly recommend!

  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very concerning experience after an oil change at this location. When I came in for my oil change on November 10th, the shop quickly became very busy and the staff appeared overwhelmed. Several employees seemed unsure of what to do while others were rushing to move vehicles through service. Shortly after the oil change, I began smelling oil and noticed oil spots in my driveway. I returned to the shop to report the issue, and the manager acknowledged that there was an oil leak due to an improperly tightened oil cap. I later had my vehicle inspected by a trusted local mechanic, who discovered that the oil cap and oil pan had been stripped, which resulted in the leak. The repair cost me approximately $450 to correct. Prior to this oil change, I had no issues with my vehicle. I have documentation for the original service, the follow-up visit when I reported the problem, and the repair invoice from the mechanic who fixed the damage. I’m hopeful we can come to a reasonable resolution regarding compensation for the repair costs caused by this situation.

  I do not believe the service guy deserves any stars- the guy working treated my daughter horribly. He was rude, condescending and treated her like an idiot (her words). She did say that the man who rang her up was nice.

  Dexter was awesome. I had stopped by 2 weeks prior for inspection and the inspector was gone for the day. Stopped by the day before this visit, inspector was again gone for the day. Dexter told my that the inspector would be there the following day, explained they were in the process of getting more certified. I stopped by, Dexter greeted me and remembered me. Inspection and oil changed completed fairly quickly, no issues. I would recommend the place, but I’d definitely say you have a great person working there. Dexter was very professional, kind and helpful. I’d definitely stop by again just because of the experience and service he provided. Thanks!
