Corey did all the things underneath while Adam was up top putting the new oil in. Adam took the time to have a chat with me and answered by blonde moment girl questions. Eddie finished my service by explaining to me all of the "services" the Car Fax was showing I needed... none of which I understood, and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend using this company, they're staff is great!

All four times they did not have a state inspector working or the state inspection computer was not working?? Have been taking the family vehicles here for oil change and inspections for years, not anymore.
- JSJ SOct 21, 20255.0Eddie was my technician and I wasn't feeling very well so I probably seemed either pissed off or disinterested and it didn't change how Eddie responded at all. He maintained frame, kept me very well informed and informed me of services to consider and why and showed me physically my transmission fluid. I am going on a long road trip soon and I appreciated the additional information and overall excellent service. It is really challenging to remain just as professional to someone who is not responsive vs. someone who is in a good mood and easy to talk to and that's why Eddie's service really impressed me. That level of professionalism is not often found.
