My boyfriend went through the wash, and the attendant in the tunnel guided him in crooked — practically right on top of another customer’s car. Because of how she directed him, the driver’s side mirror was completely broken off during the wash. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff immediately blamed him and refused to fix or even properly address the damage. It’s ridiculous to be told it’s your fault when you’re just following the directions of their own employee. Poor training, no accountability, and terrible customer service. We’ll never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their car.

Was ruled "My fault" because I didn' flip my own mirrors in before entering the wash. I guess i'm supposed to get out of my car and flip my own mirrors in before driving into the car wash but I'm almost 100% sure that is there job. Overall terrible experience and will be telling everyone to not go here. Cost me $400 in repairs.
- AAAmyOct 24, 20251.0My son had his side mirror broken off during a wash, and they are refusing to fix it. They are saying since his mirrors weren’t folded in, it’s his fault. I just watched a video on their Facebook page showing how to use the car wash and there is no mention of folding mirrors in. The vehicles in the video also did not have their mirrors folded in. Not sure how you can justify not paying to replace what you broke. I feel like he’s getting pushed around because he’s a teenager, but I’m not impressed.
